About Membership

When you join The Bonsai Club of Utah you are joining more then just a group of bonsai lovers and enthusiasts, you are entering a group of friends and neighbors which spans numerous areas, ages, and backgrounds. We have members who range from novice level artists you are just starting to experts that study and train under world renown Masters. We create an atmosphere of learning and understanding where anyone can ask questions, get advice, and even receive constructive criticism without feelings of embarrassment. The Art of Bonsai is a lifelong learning processes and with The Bonsai Club of Utah, each of us is on that learning part together.

How to Join

To join The Bonsai Club of Utah simply come to one of our meetings and bring your bonsai, your tools, or just your enthusiasm. We welcome anyone of any level of experience and any age. All we ask in return is that you come with enthusiasm, respect for others, and have as much fun as possible. To learn more about where our meetings are held, click here.

How Much Does it Cost?

The Bonsai club of Utah is completely funded by our members. We receive no funding other than by the kind donations of our supporters, the members. All of the staff volunteers their time and much of the material we use is also donated. To help us continue to provide the newsletter, lectures, and other activities we ask for a membership due of $20 for an individual or $35 for a family to join per year. Please bring this with you during your first meeting to start enjoying all of the benefits of membership.
